When a HubSpot deal qualifies, the deal room is already built.
When a HubSpot deal hits the right stage, nFlow provisions a governed Teams workspace — channels, Planner board, SharePoint docs, and deal team — automatically.
The deal lives in HubSpot. The work happens in Teams.
Today nobody connects the two. A rep stops to build a workspace by hand, finds the right files and adds the right people — for every deal that matters. Most deals get an improvised room; plenty get nothing at all. The result is a pipeline worked a dozen different ways, with no consistent motion to coach against.
Setup steals selling time
Reps rebuild the same room from scratch on every deal instead of moving it forward.
No consistent motion
Every deal team improvises its own structure, so the playbook never actually lands.
Context stays split
HubSpot holds the record; Teams holds the conversation. Nobody has both in one place.
Smaller deals miss out
Only the marquee deals get a proper room — the rest of the pipeline runs blind.
What nFlow provisions — a workspace, not a notification.
When the HubSpot trigger fires, nFlow builds a ready-to-use deal room from your nBold template. The room opens fully assembled — structure, artifacts, people and governance already in place.
Channels
Structured per your sales motion — Discovery, Proposal, Legal, Onboarding — so every deal team works the same way from day one.
Planner board
A pre-built task board per deal stage, with assignments, checklists and due dates that mirror your standard deal-execution process.
SharePoint documents
The right folder structure and file templates from the start — proposal templates, discovery notes, contract and SOW folders.
HubSpot deal pinned
The live HubSpot deal is pinned as a tab inside the workspace, so deal context is one click away without leaving Teams.
Deal team synced
The owner, sales engineer and other deal-team members are added automatically from the HubSpot record — no manual @mentions.
Governance applied
Sensitivity labels, naming convention and lifecycle policy are inherited from the nBold template. Guardrails travel with every room.
Configured by RevOps, in a no-code builder.
RevOps owns the deal motion, so RevOps owns the flow. Four steps in a visual builder — no Power Automate, no custom code, no IT ticket every time the sales process changes.
Pick the trigger
Choose the HubSpot signal: a deal entering a pipeline stage, a new deal, or a change to a custom property.
Choose the template
Select the nBold deal-room template — channels, Planner board, SharePoint library and governance, defined once.
Map deal fields
Set the workspace name and metadata from HubSpot properties so every room is named and tagged consistently.
Sync membership
Add the deal team from the HubSpot record automatically — the room opens populated and ready to work.
Past where the native HubSpot integration stops.
The native HubSpot app for Teams handles notifications and record search. nFlow handles provisioning the workspace those notifications should land in.

What triggers a deal room to be provisioned?
You define the trigger in the nFlow flow builder. The most common is a deal reaching a specific HubSpot pipeline stage — for example, moving into "Qualified" or "Proposal". You can also trigger on new deal creation or a change to a custom deal property. Each trigger condition can map to its own nBold template, so a six-figure enterprise deal can provision a richer room than a routine commercial deal.
What exactly gets created in Teams?
A complete, ready-to-use workspace — not a notification. nFlow provisions the Teams structure with channels per your sales motion, a Planner board with tasks for each deal stage, a SharePoint document library with your standard folder structure and file templates, the deal team synced as members, and the live HubSpot deal pinned as a tab. Sensitivity labels, naming convention and lifecycle policy are inherited from the nBold template.
Does nFlow store our HubSpot data?
No. nFlow reads HubSpot event data to trigger and name the workspace. The pinned deal is a standard Teams tab pointing to the live record in HubSpot, and every provisioned artifact lives in your Microsoft 365 tenant. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified.
Can RevOps configure this without involving IT?
Yes. Flows are built in a no-code visual builder. RevOps or sales operations select the deal trigger, pick the template, map HubSpot properties to the workspace name and set membership rules — no Power Automate, no custom development. IT only grants the initial Azure app consent in your tenant; everyday flow changes need no technical resources.
What happens to the deal room after the deal closes?
Deal rooms inherit nBold lifecycle management. You can set an inactivity threshold so that once collaboration stops after close, the workspace is flagged, owners are notified, and it is archived or deleted on a schedule — rather than accumulating unmanaged in the tenant.
Every qualifying deal gets a room — automatically.
