Turn CRM events into ready-to-work Teams workspaces.
Salesforce or HubSpot fires — nFlow provisions the complete Teams workspace: channels, tasks, SharePoint documents, and CRM membership. Execution starts instantly.
Where the business leaks.
The CRM has the data. The actual work — files, decisions, the cross-functional thread — happens in Teams. Nothing connects the two, so workspaces get built by hand, built inconsistently, or never built at all. The cost shows up on every deal.
Reps lose time on setup
Creating a workspace, hunting for the right files, and adding the right people — repeated by hand for every opportunity.
No consistent structure
Every rep builds a deal room differently. No shared motion, no captured playbook, no repeatable collaboration pattern across the pipeline.
CRM and Teams stay disconnected
Pipeline data sits in Salesforce or HubSpot; collaboration happens in Teams. Context gets lost every time the handoff crosses tools.
Smaller deals get nothing
Marquee deals get an ad-hoc room. Everything else gets a chat thread. Coverage is inconsistent and ownership is unclear.
What nFlow provisions — a complete workspace, not a notification.
When the CRM event fires, nFlow stands up a complete, ready-to-work collaboration environment from your nBold template. Everything below is created in one motion.
A channel structure
Channels laid down per your sales motion — discovery, proposal, legal, onboarding — so every deal starts with the same ready-to-work shape instead of an empty team.
A Planner board
Task lists per deal stage, with assignments, checklists, and due dates that reflect how your team actually runs a deal. Start with the plan already in place.
A SharePoint document structure
The right folders and file templates from day one — proposal templates, discovery questionnaires, contract and SOW folders — not a blank library.
The CRM record pinned
The Salesforce opportunity or HubSpot deal pinned as a tab inside the workspace — live CRM context one click away, without leaving Teams. The CRM stays the source of truth.
Membership from CRM roles
Account executive, solutions engineer, CSM — added automatically from their role on the CRM record. No manual @mentions, no one left out.
Governed by default
Sensitivity labels, naming convention, and lifecycle policy inherited from the nBold template. Business teams move faster. IT keeps control.
Configured by RevOps, without IT involvement
Flows are built in a visual builder made for non-developers. Sales operations or RevOps own the configuration end to end; IT only grants the initial consent. No Power Automate, no custom development, no IT ticket every time the sales process changes.
From CRM event to governed workspace — four steps.
Set the flow up once. It runs on every matching CRM event from then on.
Pick the CRM event
A CRM trigger — new opportunity, stage change, record creation, or field update.
Choose the template
The nBold workspace template that defines the channels, tasks, documents, and governance.
Map CRM fields
Drive naming, metadata, and pinned context from CRM data so every workspace is recognizable and consistent.
Set membership
Sync the workspace roster automatically from CRM account and opportunity team roles.
Beyond what the native CRM integration provides.

Explore Flow builderFrequently asked questions
Is nFlow just notifications?
No. nFlow provisions the complete structured Teams workspace from CRM events — channels, Planner tasks, SharePoint folders, CRM context pinned as a tab, membership from CRM roles, and governance from the nBold template. Notifications may be part of the experience, but the value is workspace automation.
Which CRM systems does nFlow support?
nFlow connects Salesforce and HubSpot to Microsoft Teams. Both support deal- and opportunity-level workspace provisioning. The Salesforce integration additionally supports account-level provisioning and membership synced from Salesforce account and opportunity team roles.
Does CRM stay the source of truth?
Yes. CRM remains the source of truth. nFlow reads CRM events to trigger provisioning, and the Salesforce opportunity or HubSpot deal is pinned as a live tab pointing to the record in your CRM. Every provisioned workspace lives in your Microsoft 365 tenant. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified.
Do we need IT to configure nFlow, or can sales operations do it?
The visual flow builder is built for non-developers. Sales operations, RevOps, and sales enablement teams configure and adjust flows without IT involvement. An IT administrator grants the initial Azure app consent in your tenant; after that, changing templates, triggers, and membership rules requires no technical resources and no Power Automate.
Can nFlow workspaces be archived automatically when a deal closes?
Yes. nFlow workspaces inherit nBold lifecycle policies. Set an inactivity threshold so that when collaboration stops, the workspace is flagged, owners are notified, and it is archived or deleted on a schedule — instead of accumulating in the tenant indefinitely.
Start with one repeatable motion — automate the workspace.
