Give every account a workspace that stays current.
nFlow provisions a governed Microsoft Teams workspace per Salesforce account and keeps the record, contacts and account team in sync — automatically.
A provisioned workspace drifts the day after you build it.
Standing up an account space by hand is the easy part. Keeping it accurate as the account team turns over, contacts change and the relationship moves through its stages is the part nobody has time for — so the workspace quietly stops reflecting reality, and account reviews start from stale information.
The team changes, the workspace doesn’t
A CSM is reassigned in Salesforce, but the old owner still sits in the Teams workspace and the new one was never added.
Contacts go stale
The customer reorganizes, Salesforce is updated, but the people working the account in Teams are still chasing contacts who left.
Context lives in two places
The relationship state is in Salesforce; the collaboration is in Teams. Nobody has both in front of them, so account reviews start from a guess.
Every account is built differently
Each rep stands up their own account space their own way — no consistent structure, no captured institutional knowledge, nothing to hand over.
One account, one workspace, kept in sync.
When an account is created or qualified in Salesforce, nFlow provisions a structured workspace from an nBold template — and then keeps it current as the account changes. Not a notification, not an empty channel: a complete, governed place to run the relationship.
The account record, pinned
The Salesforce account is pinned as a tab inside the workspace — live record, key fields and recent activity one click away, without leaving Teams to check the CRM.
Key contacts that stay current
The contacts associated with the account flow in from Salesforce, so the people working the relationship always see who the customer’s decision-makers and champions are.
Account-team membership, synced
AE, customer success manager, solution architect — added to the workspace from their Salesforce account-team role. When the account team changes, membership follows.
A SharePoint document structure
The right libraries and folders from day one — account plans, contracts, QBR decks, onboarding artifacts — provisioned from the nBold template, not improvised per account.
Channels per account motion
Channels structured to how you run accounts — renewals, expansion, support escalation, executive relationship — so conversation has a home instead of scattering across chats.
Governance, inherited
Sensitivity labels, naming convention and lifecycle policy come from the nBold template, and every sync action is logged. Guardrails apply by default, per account.
Sync, not a one-time provision
The difference is persistence. When the account team is reassigned in Salesforce, membership in the workspace updates. When contacts change, the workspace reflects it. The account record stays pinned to the live record, not a snapshot — so the people working the relationship never collaborate against information that quietly went out of date.
What the native Salesforce app for Teams doesn’t do.
Microsoft’s native Salesforce integration surfaces notifications and lets you search records inside Teams. It does not provision a persistent account workspace or keep it synced. nFlow does.

nFlow provisions through the Microsoft Graph API under a service account you control. RevOps configures the flow in the no-code visual builder; IT grants the initial Azure app consent once. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified.

What stays in sync between Salesforce and the Teams workspace?
The Salesforce account record pinned as a tab, the key contacts associated with the account, and account-team membership mapped from Salesforce roles. When the account team changes in Salesforce — someone joins, someone moves on — the workspace membership follows. nFlow keeps the workspace current rather than provisioning it once and letting it drift.
Does nFlow store our Salesforce account data?
No. nFlow reads Salesforce events to provision and update the workspace. The account record is pinned as a standard Teams tab pointing at the live Salesforce record, and every provisioned workspace lives in your Microsoft 365 tenant. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified.
How is Account Sync different from a deal or opportunity workspace?
A deal workspace is scoped to a single opportunity and is short-lived — it spins up when the deal qualifies and winds down after close. An account workspace is persistent: it spans every opportunity, renewal and support motion for that customer over the life of the relationship, and stays in sync with the account as it evolves.
Who configures Account Sync — RevOps or IT?
RevOps or sales operations configure the flow in nFlow’s no-code visual builder: pick the Salesforce account trigger, choose the nBold template, map account fields to the workspace name, and set the membership rules from account-team roles. IT only grants the initial Azure app consent in your tenant; no development and no ongoing IT tickets are required.
Is the account workspace governed?
Yes. Every workspace inherits its nBold template’s guardrails — naming convention, sensitivity labels and lifecycle policy — and every provisioning and sync action is recorded in the audit log. Governance travels with the workspace by default. nBold and nFlow are ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified.
